Momentario ("the tool", "we") is a web tool operated by Alberto Curcio Linares, an independent developer based in Costa Rica, under the trade name Facilon. By using the tool or this site you accept these terms.

1. What Momentario is

Momentario turns a chat export (for example, a WhatsApp export) into a print-ready PDF book, and creates a free shareable summary (“Wrapped”) and a free preview of the first pages. Everything is processed in your browser.

2. Your chat and other people’s privacy

Only use chats you took part in or have the right to use.
A chat includes other people’s messages. Respect their privacy: think about who you show or give the book to, and don’t use it to expose, harass or harm anyone, or for anything illegal.
Check the book before you print it. The result depends on the content and format of the exported file.

3. Free and paid

The Wrapped and the preview are free. The full book is a one-time payment per book (not a subscription), at the price shown for your language: US$8.99 (Spanish and Portuguese pages: US$5.99). Depending on your country, taxes may be added at checkout. One purchase covers one chat: you can rebuild and download the book for that same chat again without paying twice, from the browser where you bought it. It is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Physical printing is not included: you print it wherever you like.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the merchant of record for all our orders: it processes the payment, charges any applicable taxes, issues the receipt and handles returns. The charge shows on your statement as CREEM.IO*. Creem’s terms also apply to the payment.

4. No affiliation

Momentario works with WhatsApp exports, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. Trademarks belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.

5. Warranty and liability

The tool is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it is error-free or that it recognizes every export format. We are not responsible for how you use the book or for printing costs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the book.
